About Penn Course | What Is Penn Course?
Penn Course Review! Penn Course is a student-run service that offers numerical ratings, metrics for undergraduate courses and professors at the University of Pennsylvania. As a guide for course selection, PCR has long been valuable and influential. The “PCR” project is developed and managed by Penn Labs, a Penn student developer organization.

Common Funding Application
Bringing funding to student-organized events across campus – For student groups to obtain funding from multiple sources simultaneously, the Common Funding Application (CFA) is a one-stop online tool.

Hub@Penn
Find and connect with university support resources. The university offers a variety of resources on and around campus. You can get help from Hub@Penn.
Student support resources are available through Hub@Penn. Penn is centralizing information and streamlining communication to make it easier for you to find the resources you need.
Office Hours Queue (OHQ)
Simpler, more accessible office hours for students, professors, and TAs. With OHQ, professors and TAs can set up an online office hours queue and begin helping students in minutes. All your course’s office hours are accessible from one page as a student. Join the Zoom queue, create a link, and get help right away!
Log in as a student and see all your courses’ office hours in one place. You’ll receive text or audio notifications when you reach the front of the queue if you join the queue. Select or easily tap on the faint “Login” button to access you “OHQ” account if you already registered before.
Manage multiple office hours queues easily as a professor or TA. When a student enters the queue, you’ll receive an audio notification, and you’ll be able to seamlessly join them on Zoom, Blue Jeans, or Meet.
Penn Mobile
The Penn Mobile is a relatively an App and can only be accessible through download from either the “App Store or Google Play Store”… go ahead and search “Penn Mobile”.
Making it easy to Thrive at Penn, on the go. The Penn Mobile app is the official app for Penn students. With over 4000 monthly users, Penn brings campus essentials to their fingertips. You can reserve GSRs all over campus, from Huntsman to Van Pelt to dining and retail options menu — to laundry rooms and back to the campus. Getting push notifications ensures you won’t miss a reservation.
If washers and dryers are available in your favorite laundry room (or how long it will take them to free up), check there first. You can see the busiest and least busy times to do laundry on a daily activity graph.
Penn Mobile has it all, from the Daily Pennsylvanian to a list of essential university phone numbers.
Penn Course Review: How do I use the Penn Plan website?
There are separate pages for each professor, course, and department. The recent semester’s rating and all semester’s rating information are presented on the left, followed by more detailed information on the right. Each course rating criteria can be viewed or hidden by clicking the plus icon at the top of the table. On the right side of the page, you can toggle between aggregate and most recent ratings.
In order to learn more about courses offered in the upcoming semester, hover over the tags on the left or stars on the right.
This site includes new features intended to improve PCR’s content’s accessibility and intuitiveness. Students can now search for courses by name, number, or professor using the new search function. The site now offers ratings that average each semester’s evaluations for a course or professor, in addition to the traditional ratings. Based on the rating criteria displayed on the page, students can select information that is relevant to them. PCR now displays additional metrics to help students understand registration difficulty as of fall 2021.
