How to get started with OutPLEX | How to apply for a job at OutPLEX
If you are interested in working at home, you need to apply for a position here. Choosing “Work At Home Positions (United States Only)” and clicking “Search” will take you to a list of available positions.
If you are able to speak more than one language, there are some work-at-home positions that require you to be bilingual.

For you to work for the company, you must have the company’s software installed on your computer. Since their software runs only on Windows, it means MAC users who do not own a Windows PC won’t be able to work for them.
Chat or telephone support will be provided to customers.
Besides resolving customer disputes, you will also implement the company’s solutions.
Aside from that, you should ensure that unresolved issues are escalated to the appropriate department.
How Do I Make Money with OutPLEX?
However, you must work at least one weekend shift per week and a set number of hours per week for the company.
There is some flexibility in how you schedule those four hours in your schedule since a normal shift is 4 hours long.
If there are a lot of support calls, you can request more shifts if you are able to work up to 32 hours per week.
As a customer service chat agent and as a sales chat agent, you can earn with OutPLEX in two different ways.
As a chat agent, you will earn between $11 and $13 an hour plus commissions, and as a chat sales agent, you will earn between $10 and $12 an hour.
Based on your work hours and sales, you can earn up to $140 per week as a sales chat agent.

As long as you meet their minimum number of hours per week, you can choose which hours you want to work for them. If you work more hours or are good at sales, you can earn more than some of their competitors. Their software requires that you provide your own equipment, which includes a Windows-based PC, microphone, etc.
