One unique attribute among many superlative qualities my Boss, His Excellency Yahaya BELLO possess that got everyone magnetized to his personality is his ‘dare to do’ quality.
He’s known across the West African sub-region today as a leader who has a large heart, a leader who will nurture his dream to reality no matter the obstacles, a leader who will speak the truth no matter whose ox will be gored, a leader who placed the interest of the people above every other interests.
In August, 2020, after a critical survey of our natural resources and the need to provide refined manpower that will run our industries , the governor incubated the idea of technologically specialized institution in the state. The name of the institution (CONFLUENCE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, OSARA) was adopted including the location by the State Executive Council.
The bill for the establishment of the institution was passed by the state House of Assembly who also considered
